Babaa sweater felted?

I recently purchased a Babaa No. 19 Mini sweater on Poshmark and have some concerns about its texture. Unlike my previous Babaa sweater, this one feels quite stiff and scratchy, which seems unusual. While I understand that the sleeves are designed to be short, the overall stiffness makes it feel off. I'm curious if this is a common experience with this style or if I should address it with the seller. I would appreciate any insights or advice from fellow Babaa enthusiasts. Thank you!

I bought this babaa sweater on poshmark. It feels quite stiff compared to my last one. Its the no19 mini so of course the sleeves are supposed to be short, etc, but it's so stiff and scratchy, and just seems a bit weird! Wondering if I should say something or if this is normal.
