moving away from trends and just repeating the same looks

Our take

In a world saturated with ever-changing trends, embracing the outfit repeater life can feel like a breath of fresh air. Many of us once chased the thrill of the next viral piece, only to find our closets overflowing with items that don’t truly reflect who we are. By honing in on a few well-fitting staples, like a classic blazer and jeans, we discover a newfound confidence and simplicity.

Anyone one else here just embracing the outfit repeater life lately? I used to get such a rush from finding the next viral piece but now my closet just feels cluttered with stuff that doesn't even feel like me. I've started repeating the same four or five outfits every week and I feel like nobody even notices. i had this moment where i realized a simple well-fitting blazer and jeans made me feel way more confident than whatever is trending on tiktok right now. there is also something so peaceful about having a uniform and not standing in front of the mirror for 20 minutes feeling like I'm wearing a costume, and honestly I feel like i'm finally dressing for my actual life instead of for a photo.
