I was certain this was heat vinyl transfer (no stretch, raised ink, shiny) but it’s not peeling up after I iron it, only melted a little bit onto the teflon sheet I had between my iron and the sweatshirt.

Is this a removable printing technique? Or will I have to come up with an idea that covers the whole logo
