What are the best professional treatments you've tried for under eye circles?

I have both hyperpigmentation and some hollowing under my eyes, and I feel like topical treatments aren't working as well.

I’m now looking into more professional treatments. I’d ideally like to avoid tear trough filler because I’m nervous about migration and complications in that area, but I’m open to other options that actually make a noticeable difference.

Has anyone here had success with treatments like PRP/PRF, polynucleotides, lasers, RF microneedling, or anything similar for a combination of pigmentation + hollowing? I’d really appreciate hearing what worked (or didn’t) for you.

Also note, I am a woman of colour with medium-tan skin and my undereyes are mainly brown in pigmentation.
