How do i KEEP my eyelids puffy?

I know this might seem strange, but i have deep set hooded eyes, thin skin around my eyelid, and low set eyebrows. I find that when i wake up, or after having a bit of a cry, my eyes look like 3x bigger and way cuter because my eyelids are puffier. I was just wondering if there's any sort of product to keep them like that during the day? I've tried eyelid tape but it doesn't agree with me sensory wise, and i don't think i should be putting plumping lipgloss on my eyelids.
