What are these black spots?

I recently had to bring my chickens to another place for temporary care for about a 1.5 weeks and when I brought them back, I noticed my rooster had more black specks on his comb and waddle. I tried to do some research online and think this could be fowl pox? Does anyone have suggestions on what this could be and how I can fix it? He has a bigger black speck on the inside of his waddle that was difficult to take a pic of.

Aside from him looking different from his usual self, he’s eating normally and the hens in his flock don’t have any of the black specks on their combs.
