Help updating my Millenial ballet flats -- what are options that are more modern, but still have arch support and cushioning?

I dress like the millenial meme to a tee, down to my outdated, rounded ballet flats.

Honestly I've never been good at creative shoe choices and I just need a good staple in black and red. Can anyone please help me understand what are the trendier options for ballet flats these days that still have some level of lasting quality, arch support, and cushioning? I live in a city where I need to walk a lot. I have a higher budget because I literally buy a new pair of ballet flats every 3 years or so...
