What should I do for this facial hair?

I have acne prone sensitive skin that seems to break out every time I shave it (i follow all the steps to clean my skin equipment etc) and it also grows back quickly!

I haven’t considered waxing or threading as I’m scared it will break me out more

Would laser work on this type of hair as it’s obviously cheaper and quicker than electrolysis??

I don’t have PCOS but have slightly high level of androgens but live in the UK where spiro isn’t offered for this!
