Is babe lash renewal serum and eyebrow worth it? If not, are there safer options?

I am insecure with both my lashes and eyebrows and want to try growing them out. A lot of the lash and brow serums that do work have prostaglandins, which I don’t want to use. I tried one serum with prostaglandins and it made my under-eye red and more hollow. I saw on the Babe website that the renewal one (blue one) is prostaglandin-free and instead uses peptides. However, I don’t know if it’s worth buying.

If you guys don’t recommend babe lash, are there other options I can use?
