Corfu, Rhodes, Crete, or Santorini without a car?

Hello. If we’re not going to rent a car, and would be relying on guided tours, public transportation, and taxis, which of these islands would you recommend for a stay of between five and seven nights? Corfu, Rhodes, Crete, or Santorini? Thank you so much.
