6hr 35 min layover in Munich

I would land in Munich around 5:30am and then my flight connecting flight would depart at 12:10pm. Is it possible to stop by the city center?? I’m assuming I would get to the center around 7:30ish are things opened at that time? Is it worth leaving the airport I would really love to explore 🥹

If anyone has done this before please let me know :)
