Hey guys! Chick struggling to stand- toes seem less strong than they should be.

I’d love to hear anyone’s thoughts on this. I have made this little chick shoes or sandals to help brace her toes and it does seem to help after about 24 hours. She is able to walk and move about fairly normally while the boots are on and for a few days afterwards as well, but then they tend to get weak again. I do have her on poultry cell as well as supplemental eggs cooked up.
