Kenya airways refund? not getting money back?

Hi all

I filed for refund on 01.02.2026 for a refundable ticket by calling in, as it was stated, that it was okay to call in for cancelling a refundable ticket. I did that. They confirmed the cancellation, and even send me this mail to confirm the cancellation.
this is their message for me

Thank you for contacting Kenya Airways.

We wish to inform you that the refund for your ticket been successfully initiated.

Refund process takes 30-40 working days to complete and funds will be credited back to the same form of payment that was used to make the purchase.

Now it is 08.04 - have not seen the refund?

Is this typical Kenya Airways? anybody succeeded with getting their refund back?
