No way this is what it is marketed as, right???

I found a beautiful "Loom Knit Cardigan" "Handmade USA" on Etsy for $74. Being a fiber artist, I find it suspect for multiple reasons. Looking into the shop, Lavendar Tribe Design, I either don't trust their marketing at all or want to buy one of everything. Help me figure them out, please!

-Wide variety of items. for a shop specializing in handmade, they cover it all: sewing, knitting, weaving and "crochet"

-Calling bullshit on the crochet, zooming in, it is clearly knit.

-The prices seem far too low to be anything genuinely made in the US, especially the pieces labeled handmade. Most items imply if not outright state handmade but I did find one that says they use a California company for manufacturing help.

What are some dead giveaways that this is a con job? Or has this company found a formula for being able to small produce beautiful clothing in the US for reasonable prices?
