Albania travel

Been looking into Albania Riveria 🇦🇱 for a week holiday for a couple from UK and it does look amazing but have heard some mixed opinions on it. Some of the negatives include most of it being under construction as it's an upcoming travel destination and that prices are being hiked because it's becoming more popular. Just wondering what people's opinions and experiences are if they've been this year?
