4 nights in Malaga or Barcelona in July?

If going for a hotel with a pool both work out to be a similar price but Malaga is cheaper without a pool or with an Airbnb.

Just want the best summer trip, looking for a mix of relaxing and sightseeing. And decent halal/veggie options!
