Formula to make one price X percent of a recommended price
I'm trying to create a spreadsheet that takes one cost and makes it a percentage of a recommended final cost.
Example: My item Cost is 4.73 (A1) and I want it to be no more than 16% (B1) of my recommended final cost (C1).
What would be the formula I would use to achieve this?
