Help a gay guy prep for summer

Hi beauty baddies, I don’t know much about makeup so I’m seeking some advice- I’m looking for a good subtle and light coverage foundation that has a decent SPF but emphasis on the light coverage. Just a little something to smooth over some pores and keep my skin healthy in the sun. I’m aware of bb cream and cc cream but don’t know where to start with all these letters!!
